NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This Prize Drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Home Federal Bank (and its affiliates) employees, officers, directors, and immediate family are not eligible to participate. Immediate family includes spouse and children.

Entries for Prize Drawing may be made by automatic entry by using your Home Federal Visa Checkcard for 15 purchases in July and 15 purchases in August, 2009; in-person entry or mail-in entry. Entries will begin on 7/01/09 and end on 8/31/09. Prize winners will be drawn at random on or about 9/15/09.

To Enter: There are three ways to enter into the Prize Drawing: 1) Automatic entry: An eligible Home Federal Bank checkcard customer will automatically receive one (1) entry when 15 checkcard purchases are made in July and 15 purchases are made in August. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted a particular entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the primary person whose name is on the account. 2) In-person entry without purchase or obligation: Visit any Home Federal Bank location to complete an entry form. 3) By Mail entry without purchase or obligation: Hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers (including area code), the words “Home Federal Bank Prize Drawing” on a 3” X 5” card and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope, hand-printed to “Home Federal Bank Prize Drawing, PO Box 5000, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5000”. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 8/31/09 and received by 9/14/09 to be eligible. Only one entry per stamped envelope will be accepted. All entries become the property of Home Federal Bank and will not be returned.

Drawing: On or about 9/15/09, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted. Only one prize per person or household.

Prize: 80 winners will receive 10,000 UChoose Points.
