How to find your account information

Q. How do I locate my bank routing number and checking account number?

A. You can find the bank routing number and your checking account number within the string of numbers located at the bottom of one of your Home Federal Bank checks. Please refer to an actual check, and not a deposit slip, since the numbers may be different.

The string of numbers located at the bottom of your check includes a 9-digit routing number, your account number and the check number, as noted in the visual above.

Step 1: Find your bank routing number

The bank routing number consists of the first nine numbers located at the lower left area of your check.

Step 2: Find the check number

To find the check number, look at the upper right hand side of your check, and then locate the same four-digit string of numbers at the bottom of your check. The numbers should match.

Step 3: Identify the remaining numbers

The remaining numbers will be your actual account number.
